Tyke

"Where's my sticky bun!" Cried Pat from the kitchen. We'd just returned from the farmer's market where everyone had selected a pastry to have at home with a cup of coffee. But first, we went to take a look at the garden out back and Pat left his cinnamon bun on the table in the kitchen. While we were outside, Tyke the sneaky diabetic cat saw his chance and quickly pounced.

When he isn't stealing pasta off of the stovetop or munching on sticky buns, he likes to hang out in his cat cote. Tyke has had many close calls with his diabetes but with 2 daily checks of his blood sugar and two insulin shots he is doing just fine at the age of 15.

 

Services

We are a pet sitting service located on the Western Slope of the Sierra Foothills. We serve the communities of Placerville, Pollock Pines, Somerset, Fairplay, Mt. Aukum, Cameron Park, El Dorado Hills and many places in between.

We offer pet sitting with up to three visits a day. Our pet sitting service includes feeding, watering, cat box clean-up, plant care, and bringing in the mail and newspaper. Yard clean-up is also available for an additional fee. Daily dog walks are available at daily, weekly or monthly rate.

We also offer house sitting for those who don't have pets- we can bring in the mail and water plants for clients on vacation.

We have experience in medicating pets with pills or with injections for insulin or fluids.

Petsitting Plus is a member of Petsitters International with Pet CPR and first aid training certified through PetTech.

Petsitting Plus is licensed and bonded in El Dorado county.
